Users must exclusively submit valid, legitimate shipping information. Our platform facilitates the processing of verifiable USPS activity. Falsifying shipment data, creating non-physical scans, or misrepresenting activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting of fraudulent activity.
We process label information as provided by the user. While we aim for peak efficiency, processing times are estimates based on standard workflow and are not guaranteed service level agreements unless otherwise specified in priority tiers.
Services are billed at the prevailing rate ($1-$2 per label). Fees are considered earned and are non-refundable once processing has commenced, as resources are allocated immediately upon submission.
